Ankit Raj Maurya is a goal-oriented full-stack developer and entrepreneur based in Muzaffarpur, Bihar, India. He is the co-founder of Codex Monarch, a premier student-led technical community platform for hackathons and engineering events.

He completed his MATRIC (10th) from Bihar School Examination Board in 2024 and is currently pursuing a Diploma in Computer Science at NRI Institute of Research and Technology (2024–2027). He has industry experience as a Web Developer Intern at Tata Power Skill Development Institute and has worked as a freelance developer building websites and applications for clients.
